What is the ideal PCT for a tren and test cycle?

Hello guys!

Just finished my 12 week cycle on 500 mg Test E and Tren E 400 mg PW.

I've done my research on PCT therapy, and according to what I have read, I shouldn't be using Novaldex (Tamoxifen) for PCT as tren increases prolactin levels, so I was thinking in doing Clomid and HCG as PCT for this cycle.

Would you recommend anything else apart from Clomid for 4 weeks in the following dosage?

Clomid 50/50/25/25
HCG 5000 UI (split during 2 weeks, shots every 3 days).

And one more thing, when should I start Clomid, 7 or 14 days after finishing my last injection? During PCT, should I be training with more heavy weights in order to maintain my gains?

also hcg should never be used IN pct, pre PCT is ok but in is a no no as it is supressive. You could run it the 2 weeks prior to starting your pct but no way during and during run a good old clomid/nolva pct man.
