I heard that because of the half life is like 2 days, some don't go 2 on 1 off. But I did the taper from half a tab one day to one tab the next then adding half a tab until desired dose. But that has yeilded less results for the 3 people I know of that have tried it. Is there a good way to take it, or doesn't it matter? Also if I was gonna use it to conserve muscle post cylce how long should I stay on and how much should I take?
