What kind of protein shake do you use?

Myo-Pro Whey chocolate by EAS...I get it real cheap, it mixes good, and tastes good.

isopure zero carb protein shake... i can take it while on and off CKD all i change is the mixer... water or milk... with water it tastes like ass hair but... you gotta do what you gotta do.

I think the protein supplements taste best mixed with whole milk, Chocolate Mint tastes like girl scout thin mints--I love it.
