there are 24 hrs in a day ,which gives you more than enough time to hit the gym, eat, work & give that skank what she deserves. god bless their little hearts! i choose both! and after i smash, i get outta bed, head to my kitchen have a protein shake & aminos ready to go along with some simple carbs in my shake to replenish the glycogen i just burned while banging . ive had this lil system since i was 18. i highly recommend it to ya bros!
