What should i dose Arimidex at?

Hey guys, i wanted to take Arimidex on cycle to prevent bloating, water retention and other estrogen related effects during my cycle, but what should i dose it at?

Uhh I think you are thinking of aromasin. 12.5 ed would be about 12.5 times the highest dose that even exists of the medication. They usually come in .25, .5 or 1mg tabs.

As for the question, it's better to start low and find your "sweet spot." dropping your estrogen too low during a cycle can be just as bad as it being too high. Most people start around .25eod or e3-4d. if you are getting the desired effect you can increase from there.
