What should my daily calorie intake be?

rjx

DEATH to "The Club Boys"!
I am 225 Lbs and in between 15-20% bodyfat. Lets just say that I am 17% bodyfat

So being 225 w/ 17% bodyfat, I have roughly 38 Lbs of fat. My goal is to get to 10-12% bodyfat so I can start my cycle.

How many calories should I be getting everyday?

Thanks

What have you been taking in now???? That is a better guage

If you don't know then start with:

350g Protein
200g Carbs
50 - 60g Fat

I would follow that and start to decrease carbs every 2 - 3 weeks by 25g.

Sounds good to me. I will just divide everything into 6-8 meals. That was easy :)

So that would put me at 2650 calories at the start of the diet.

Cool, Thanks for the help.

For your meals i would divide it up over 6 meals:

Divide the protein up evenly between meals

Carbs:

Meal 1: 50g
Meal 2: 50g
Meal 3 or 4 (Postworkout): 100g

Fats: spread evenly between meals except none postworkout and more preworkout:

I would probably do the 60g of Fat to start:

Drop 25g of every 2 - 3 weeks

This is only a guide though: if you can add anything else like how much cardio you've been doing or other things:

OFF DAYs:

Carbs

Meal 1: 100g
Meal 2: 50g
Meal 3: 50g

I'm 20% bf, 230, and i'm taking in under 3,000 cals to drop the weight, make smaller meals more abundant to keep metabolism running smooth, also, the less sleep the faster the metabolism, so aim fr 8 hours, not 9-10.
