need to know what size caps for var at 25mg per cap? also what's your favorite filler?

I use size "O" caps which hold anywhere from 300-500mg of powder depending on density. Favorite filler: Dextrose, it cannot be beat. CHEAP, fine granual and pack nicely.

I've got a ton of fine white celluose here. Seems like it would work well, but can't say for sure until I try it I guess.

Give it a shot! Ive tried everything, and most things you think would be good, SUCK! For example, dont use protein powder, table sugar, cornstarch or ANY liquids. Yes, i just wanted to see how long it would hold.

Dextrose in a size '1' cap for all my stuff. The smaller the cap, the better the accuracy I say.
