I need to find a supplement to take on my carb up day to keep my insulin levels low......by the end of the day, there is so much sugar in my body I have a very hard time sleeping....any suggestions???
try waxy maize starch from the link in my sig. its doesnt raise insulin, and a lot of guys at IM have been getting really good results form taking it durin the day with meals (not to mention the typical PWO recommendation)..
btw...on carb load, youre eyelids should weigh about 20 pounds a piece. i dont know why you wouldnt be able to sleep.
