What supplements?

I think I have finally got my diet and training in shape, and I am seeing some gains like I haven't seen in the last few years. Now I am thinking that I could stand to gain from good supplementation. I am not using AAS.

What supplements should I look into for muscle repair and general health?

Right now I take a daily multi. I assume I should also look into daily antioxidant(s) (recommend any?) and some fish oil. What do you recommend?
 
Creatine is a good idea if you are bulking otherwise it tends to make you look blocky. Glucosamine for your joints, I like the topical msm glucosamine-blue emu, along with a good healthy diet this should be all that you need.

You like the Ethyl Ester? Couldn't agree more on the others, especially the fish oil

the list goes on and on :) Protein is always the most importand... and dont forget dextro pre/post workout.

1. Whey & Micellar casein protein powder.
2. Multi vit/min.
3. Fish oil caps.
4. Vit C tab (high strength).
5. Glutamine.
6. Creatine (cycle on/off).
7. Caffeine (pre workout only).
