What to do!!!

I recently snapped my fibula in a rugby game!! I cant do any hard lifting or running for about a month or so. I was bulking when it happened, and am now lost as to what type of diet to follow to keep muscle! my activity level is down, so im just curious?
 
high protein, low carb--get as much exercise as you are able and once you are healed you can then return to bulking.
