As of right now im workin out mon-fri and its a real tough workout routine. Im currently taking creatine monohydrate mixed with a glass of water in the morning on and empty stomach, Jack3d before my workout and then a protein shake/mass gainer afterwards. Im thinkin about swapping Jack3d with Expand for before and then not sure about the creatine, i just got on it so im takin 2-3 teaspoons in the morning and it says only take one so i was going to drop to one after these first five days. What are your ideas on the Jack3d vs Expand and the creatine? also i was thinking about taking amino acids to help my recovery or is that redundant?
