What to take? Am i on the right stuff

As of right now im workin out mon-fri and its a real tough workout routine. Im currently taking creatine monohydrate mixed with a glass of water in the morning on and empty stomach, Jack3d before my workout and then a protein shake/mass gainer afterwards. Im thinkin about swapping Jack3d with Expand for before and then not sure about the creatine, i just got on it so im takin 2-3 teaspoons in the morning and it says only take one so i was going to drop to one after these first five days. What are your ideas on the Jack3d vs Expand and the creatine? also i was thinking about taking amino acids to help my recovery or is that redundant?
 
i've jack3d isn't that great... how about trying bulk dimethylamylamine with citrulline malate and caffeine... often times if ur diet isnt in check prework outs are worthless. FOOD>preworkout supp.
