what to take

i am currently taking protien and creatine mono and eating around 350-400g of protien a day i am looking for strengh gains mostly any ideas????
 
i have found if you keep a log of what you do everytime you workout..and add small amounts of weight the next workout, there is tremdous results. Bc you can actually keep up with what you did last time. i have trouble remembering myself..
