like darkside said. do 500/week for 12. if you go with what you want right now you'll probably lose most of your gains
 
300 for 10 ain't worth it. Even most will say 400 is too low and that's for 12 weeks. Either way your body is shut down so you might as well do it right. 500 for 12 with proper pct and you could see some pretty dramatic results, as long as your diet is in check...
 
With the proper diet you could probably expect to put on 15 pounds in 10 weeks, of course you could probably do that with just the proper diet. You will see some strength, energy, and motivation gains. If you can grab some more test, do what everyone else is saying and go 12 weeks at 500. Break it up into two weekly pins of 250, or do what I just did go to 350 every 5 days which is the same as 500 a week. The e5d protocol has helped me out quit a bit. Good luck brother.

your "nuts" will shrink the same with the 250 mg/week. that's what we're all saying. your "nuts" are shutting off the same way with the 500 mg as with the 250. so might as well do 500 and actually see good results
