Ya for sure, 2 tbsp is good, i always do 2, i could eat a whole tub of the stuff too lol, almond butter will work as well but i personally like the taste of peanut butter better.
Ya for sure bro, I cook a lot of stuff with coconut oil, its actually the best thing to cook with as it stands up to high heat and the good fats dont get destroyed.
What I tend to do so I don't have to scrape egg off my frypan constantly, is whisk up a couple of whole eggs in a bowl and cook them in the microwave - quick and esy.

Yeah Im just experimenting , seeing how I feel avoiding dairy. My goto meal was fatfree greek yogurt with 2 tbl of Barleans flavored omega 3 oil added to it. I miss it.
I know you got a weakness for ice creams bro watch out! I never tried the frozen greek, bet its good!
