I was wondering what's the best way to do this:
I want to do cardio on an empty stomach in the morning, and workout some time later. Now I do it like this:
08:15-08:50 cardio
immediately after cardio I take an energy drink and a shake (45 gr protein)
10:00 I eat a bowl of oatmeal and a small shake (30 gr protein)
10:45-12:15 work out
immediately after my workout I take an energy drink and a banana and a shake (45 gr protein)

i cant imagine having too successful of a workout 2.5 hours after fasted cardio. Either workout later in the day, or do cardio on off days imo.

yes I am cutting. After 30 min of cardio I am not tired or anything. I don't notice any differents during my workout on a day I do cardio or without cardio that's why I started doing cardio like this, and because I don't want to do cardio on the day I train my leggs and the day after. So this way I can do cardio 4 times a week.

I think I would just do the workout first thing on empty stomach. have the energy drink first as long as its sugar free, then do cardio right after. or if you can, do the cardio first thing in the morning like you said but do your lifting in the evening after youve had some time to eat and recover from the cardio session.

Cardio or any working out on an empty stomach is not worth the cost, it causes more harm than good.

Pretty much my opinion as well. I get fucking nautious(spelling) when I do cardio on a empty stomach then my day is down hill from there.

Can u tell me what harm it can do then? I don't get nautious and don't get tired from it.

In some cases working out on an empty tank can be very catabolic. energy levels are also lower so of course strength and stamina in the gym will suffer too. I suggested working out on E because you said you were already doing it, and It works well for me. everyones different so youll have to experiment and see what is best for you.
