Whats the protien to body weight ratio?

Im trying to formulate a summer diet and I want to know how much protien i should be eating.

in case ur wandering i weigh 165.
 
i do 1.5 my body weight

i weigh 180lbs and my mininum is 180 grams aday or max 270 grams a day

if i have chicken tuna or hamburgers fish during the day i use whey protein at 180-200 grams i try to get most of my protein from food

if i have a bad day (cant eat every two hrs) i use whey protein to get al my protein

If you are bulking you could bump it up to 2grams per lb of weight or even more. I weigh about the same as you and I plan on eating 275-300g per day on my bulk. If you are cutting, 200-250g will help you keep your lean mass without adding to many extra calories.
