When do you take your AI?

So I posted an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) question from an another thread asking "if it was too late for Aromatase inhibitor (AI) if I started my cycle and on my 5th week now". Never done Aromatase inhibitor (AI) but always done pct.

Question is my Aromatase inhibitor (AI) came today ( liquidex from Rui ) do I take it in the AM or PM? Was planning to do .25 Ed

On test cyp 600 deca 400 / week

Most suggest taking Aromatase inhibitor (AI) but I have read some don't. I think it all depends on whether your prone to gyno and estrogen build up. At week 5 do you have any high estrogen symptoms?

Nah I haven't had gyno issues. Tho I had been a little bloated in belly region lately and felt the same on my last cycle and by what some of the good guys here mentioned that it could be a sign of estrogenic effect.

I take it at night now with all my other goodies. I have yet to see any evidence indicating a preferable time to take an Aromatase inhibitor (AI), although it has been said that estrogen peaks at night, but that very well could be unsubstantiated.

In one of the studies in exemestane, it states that it is absorbed into your system around 40% quicker after a fatty meal. What this means for the big picture is probably small but I did find it interesting that dietary fat speeds up its metabolism by the CYP3A4 enzyme in the liver.

I thought that the CYP3A4 enzyme was the one responsible for a lack of absorption? It's why I drink grapefruit juice with some of my drugs.

I used to take aromasin 12.5 eod and i would get itchy nips. When i started taking my Aromatase inhibitor (AI) 6.25 ed my syptoms went away i have no idea how that works.
