Digitalgorilla my diet is probably the key factor in my not getting gains I was shredding weight and cutting so long before I started my bulk and using gear. So its been hard to pile in the calories and get it right as its pretty much opposite to what I was doing for so long. So yeh I don't think the stuff is fake its from a trusted source who I know very well just need to focus on diet more. Training is good and solid been doing it natural for a few years now and have recently focused on lifting heavy. Am thinking of tryin the 5 by 5 routine as I read good things and feel its good to change your routine every now and then . But am sure it will start to kick in soon am on a 15 week cycle of sus and equibol and am finishing my last 5 weeks on test 400. If I get no gains from this cycle al be very surprised and will go back to school and learn some more!! About diet lmao
