I got off a 11 week cycle of test cyp 500 mg a week. I went from 193 to 223. I have been doing post cycle therapy (pct) for 4 weeks and have dropped between 216 and 218. I took Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) 250 IU 3x per week from week 5 on, And have been taking nolva 2 weeks after last shot. I havent lost sex drive and still want to work out and feel great. I cut back on intensity and went 3-4 days a week instead of 5.
My question is when should I start leaning down. Im going to do it very slowly but absolutely do not want to lose any muscle due to hormones not being full recovered. So when should I start to lean down. Thanks a lot!!
