efa's are all processed the same at any point during the day along with every other nutrient, the only thing that changes is ammount that can be absorbed at one time and time of day you are training. Def. take efa's before bed if your drinking a whey protein shake to slow absorbtion rate. Def not after a workout because you need fast absorbtion of nutrients, my understanding is that your body absorbs the fat first and other nutrients follow.. so keep that in mind, correct me if im wrong.
