When to Consider Steroid Use

The ideal age to start steroids depends on individual factors like physical development, training experience, and health considerations. Typically, users should be at least 18-21 years old, with fully developed growth plates and a solid understanding of proper training and nutrition. Rushing into steroid use can lead to stunted growth, hormonal imbalances, and long-term health risks. What's the minimum age you think is suitable for starting steroid use, considering physical and emotional maturity?

I believe the minimum age should be 21, ideally after several years of natural training and consistent nutrition. Steroids amplify what you’ve already built – they don’t fix poor habits. If someone hasn’t nailed their diet, sleep, and training, gear won’t help much and could harm more than it helps. Also, emotional maturity is often underrated – the mental side of cycling, body image, and even PCT can hit harder than expected.

Personally, I don’t advise touching anything until you’ve maxed out naturally.
But when the time is right and bloodwork is solid, education and sourcing from trusted channels is key.
