The toughest thing after being out of the gym is wanting to come back in and lift what you were before you stopped...I see people who are seasonal lifters and they are consistantly hurting themselves...
Just cause you lifted 315lbs 2 months before stopping doesnt mean you will be able to your first day back...Train right and youll be just as strong...
true, i get a good warmup and stretch good...its more of an issue of fatiguing quicker if i use semi-normal weight and not being able to last the whole workout.
