I've made several purchases from Rui and have not had ANY issues that weren't resolved in a matter of hours. Their AI's come in liquid form as this is how research chems are able to be made available to the public. Due to this loophole, you are able to legally purchase research chemicals as long as you agree that they are not for human consumption at the time of purchase. This keeps the company out of trouble with the feds and places all the responsibility on you for what you do in your own home.

It's the exact same dosing. 6.25 to 12.5mg ED or EOD (ED is better imo due to the half life, but some may argue this). Liquid is easier as it allows you to adjust your dosages more accurately.

Yep, this. ^ You get a little oral syringe that you measure out the quantity (ex: 12.5mg of aromasin is .5ml from RUI) and just put it in your mouth. Warning: Some of these can taste pretty damn rank, so I find adding it to water or juice helps. GW1516 for example (a peptide) makes me gag even though they've gone through some trouble to mask the heavy alcohol-type taste.

Yes, and how long it lasts depends on how much you need. I would pick up two bottles personally as .5ml (12.5mg ED) lasts ~60 days, which is only little over half a cycle.
