Cheese is cool, it's just it's not a very big part of my diet since I drink lots of milk when bulking.

It's not that the animal sources contain magic fat or anything, it's that the foods good for bulking are animal sources, and they just happen to have animal fat in them. Humans are designed to have animal fat as the main source of fat in their diet since they ate animals. They definitely weren't evolving eating tons of olives, avocados, and flax seeds :D And before someone brings it up, yes, wild animals ARE indeed leaner than todays animals. However, cavemen weren't stupid and they went for the fatty parts preferentially (innards and visceral fat). They simply had to in order to get enough calories to survive, and that is how we evolved.
