Whey Protein for Kids

as long as they dont have an allergy to milk protein.

many infant/baby formulas contain protein powders.

i think people forget that whey is nothing but a by-product of cheese manufacturing. you would have no problem feeding your kid milk, would you?

Thank you for your response.

You mean I can give my kid the whey protein supplment which I drink?
He is 6.

Are there supporting documents/online which attest this? I know proteins can be given to kids evern at a smaller age(s) but is is the same protein which we buy from GNC??

I would steer away from product blends such as Nitro-Tech and MuscleMilk that contain creatine and possibly other supplements. The link in my sig sells pure protein powders.

As for documents attesting to the safety of powdered proteins, a google search will turn up plenty.
