Which Actors Do You Think Have Juiced?

You always hear when an actor beefs up for a role people say hes juicing when normally these people dont even work out so I'd like to hear from the experts, mainly people on here who actually know.

1. Ryan Reynolds for Blade 3 and Amityville Horror.

2. Hugh Jackman for Wolverine

3. Gerard Butler for 300

4. Jason Statham for The Mechanic

5. Will Smith for Ali

Thats all I can think of for now.

There was some huge guy in predator but I forget his name... the guy that said... GET TO THE CHOPPPPPAAAAAAA!!!! Who's that guy??

christian bale batman. he did a role previous of that of someone anorexic

He must.

He was 180lb then went down to 121lb
Then the year after back up to a lean 190lb
A shit tone of mass to add in a year.

If we could do that now we wouldn't need juice.

Other i think have.
He used to be a bodybuilder.

ya he didnt add mass, he simply cut a lot of weight. stop eating and thats what happens, start eating again and youll add mass.

if you need juice to get to 180lbs...........yikes

bad examples except for the The Rock.

All those guys up there did what any of you could do. heres the main differences.

1. it is their job. if you got paid to eat, train, rest with the best of everything at your disposal, you could do all that natty as well. Actully you could do it natty anyway, but it makes it alot easier when it is your actual JOB.

2. Those guys aren't really big at all. They just look big because they are lean. Most of the guys on this board would look twice as big if they would stop worrying about the scale and worry about measurements and bodyfat.

3. bale had a great phsyique before he did The Machinist. Muscle memory is amazing, and his ability to recover most of that was due to him being in good shape beforehand. Look at Dennis Newman, former bodybuilder. Guy ended up with leukemia, had to have a bone marrow transplant, shrunk like crazy. Now, he eventually did juice again, but the first 6 months back or so he was clean and looked amazing before he started juicing again and tried to get back into BBing.

great point RJ. if i was gonna make 10-20 mil for a movie i would just hire a chef and one of the best trainers to get me from 180-120-180 again. no need for steroids for that

not saying steroids are bad haha but these guys didnt need them.

watch a movie like "the longest yard" and then you got some real juicers

People forget how deceiving the camera can be. For example, Ving Rhames dwarfs many actors and he says he rarely gets above 200 lbs. Outside of some of the very obvious (Stallone, Arnold, Lundgren), I really can't think of anyone who obviously looks like he's done some legit cycles.

wasnt 300 all computer generated crap anyways?

no it wasnt, my gf actually worked on it (makeup artist) they were all ripped, and only used a few makeup techniques to enhance their physiques

they were skinny as fuck tho, like prime said

^^^^this

Yah obviously anyone who was a bodybuilder or wrestler like Vin Diesel, Arnold, and The Rock juiced but its more for actors who suddenly got buff like Reynolds and Butler. I tend to think Butler was on it cause in pics of him now hes out of shape and and fat meaning he never was one who was dedicated to training. Reynolds has kept some of it but has said in interviews he doesnt train that much now.
