which carbs to use for post workout??

well i was wondering which is the best carb to use post workout , with my protein and creotine.

dextrose , maltodextrin or waxymaize ?

and can u use all 3 of them? or even just 2 of them to make a combined effect of all of them?
 
I reccomend NTBM muscle replenisher. It has whey protein isolate, carbs, and 3 grams creatine. This is my post workout drink of choice.
