which cycles work the best short or long cycles? and why?

short cycles work best for me, 8-12 week with a single esther, and 500mg of test per week followed up with 4 weeks of pct to recover.
 
Short cycles are definitely best if you want a full recovery. Sounds dumb I guess but not everyone wishes to recover, they blast and cruise as long as possible and the results of this will ALWAYS be better. But if recovery is important to the user then short cycles are hard to beat. Benefits are quick recovery which leads to easier retention of gains, better future cycles because your system never really gets used to the hormones used and they shock the system on future cycles as well, and sides are typically easier to manage and prevent them from becoming permanent. There are plenty more benefits but ya get the point. Not sure if this is what you were asking for.....but thats my 2 cents ***55357;***56832;
 
Hey is this thread still going.
I must say that I always did long cycles.
You know how ya feel when maybe your weight drops , strength drops ,this sometimes causes me / some people to go into a slump ?
One reason I don't like the roller coaster of short cycles.
