Which should I do first? Cardio or Lifting?

do cardio second. if you do it first you'll be spending valuable energy you need to lift with.

do cardio early on an empty stomach...lift later
if u must do them both at the same time, do liek 5 min cardio...then lift..then do the rest cardio

cardio after weights always. Your muscle stores of glycogen are higher if you dont do cardio before you weight train.
