Which supplements?

Just curious which supplements you guys take?

Currently my only supplement is protein but I just recently added creatine, glutamine and taurine to my shakes pwo. Reading lots of good stuff about arginine but haven't added it. Anyone take arginine and have opinions?
 
I'm taking Protein bars, Wheytobuildmuscle Protein and Muscle replenisher all from Needtobuildmuscle.com

Really getting into the Muscle Replenisher as it has some solid nutrients. No bullshit stuff in it. Priced right and quality.
