I don't think so. Your muscles need rest, they don't grow in the gym, they grow in your sleep. This is what I do, while on cycle do more sets. Say while off cycle you do 15 sets, do 20 while on. Even while one it's not so much the workout, eat like a horse. Basically keep it to one muscle group per week, just up your sets while on. I always lower my sets when off, juice turns you into superman lol I dont think it's good to push like that that natural although alot of guys do.
