I do HST currently. I have 4 "cycles" since last Jan. A cycle is an 8 week block, although it can be shortened to 6 weeks by omitting the 15 rep phase.
I love it. I have seen consistent results every time. In fact, I have gained about 10lbs of muscle since October (the start of my 3rd cycle).
I get decent strength gains, though a few others complain about not gaining any strength, only size.
