If you have never trained with a partner or a trainer, then you are really missing out on the psychological aspects of fitness. Dieting alone is much tougher than dieting with a buddy--again the psychological aspects of motivation and encouragement are missing unless youa re extremely disciplined. Lastly, medication usage. If something goes wrong or youa ren't getting the results you expected, who do you turn to? An authority, doc, guru, or an anonymous idiot on a BB board? Keeping track is one thing..adjustments and tweaking are another.

I go through training partners like toilet paper. I have great experience training with a partner, but now I either train alone or with a bro at the gym once in a while. Partners dont motivate me at all, they annoy me more than anything. I bodybuild for myself and progress faster than anyone I have ever trained with.

I am also more disciplined than anybody, bbing is my life. If you need a friend to be your motivation its pretty sad IMO. All that means is you cant do it just as hard without him, and that is weak.

If your steroids are not doing much for you, try something new, add something, bump the dose slightly, or eat more, not complicated.

Im not sure what pussies you are used to dealing with, but I dont need anyone to motivate me. When im in the gym, the atmosphere changes, and I bring life to the gym every day by myself. When I have a training partner they usually give up working out with me because I progress and they dont.
