Who likes DC style training ???

Do you think its his routine word for word or his use of the rest pause technique and making sure your adding weight every week.

This is DC's program he has worked on for over 10 years, this is not three or four other programs put together...
 
Im just started it, doing most sets rest-pause and also incorporating extreme stretching and static holds. With some of PB's input ive modified the the routine slightly to include some more core work. I can already say its a BIG change for me, and Im loving it so far.
