Wht PCT should i run

Wht post cycle therapy (pct) should i run after a cycle of test prob, should i run clomid and keep nolvadex on hand, and how much should i take.

I personally run clomid @ 100mg ED and nolva at 20-30mg ED for 30 days. At that point I just judge how Im doing recovery-wise and if anything, I might extend the nolva for a week or so.

I also use a low dose of aromasin during my PCT's now. Look into it, 12.5mg ED suits me well.
