Winny dries the fuck out of your joints, and while you're on cycle you gain a LOT of strength. That right there is a recipe for disaster. If there's no particular reason to dry yourself up and look good, then why do it? It's like those 130 pound guys trying to bulk up while staying sub 10% bodyfat. It is much better to bulk up and cut rather than "recomp" or eat 100 calories over maintenance ed in the hopes of staying lean. Likewise, you're much better off having some water in your joints to add some lubrication so you don't injure yourself. I've suffered a few injuries in the past and I know from experience that you won't ever be 100% again.
