Hi guys. Im new to this. This will be my first cycle. I know a couple of guys who do this and it works for them. I researched a little bit but mainly just listening to my friend.
I will be taking milk thistle and a multi-vitamin everyday plus lifting and running a lot. At 225lbs - age 24 - 6'0 right now.
Looking to be 200lbs and have that lean/muscle mass look. Don't wanna be bulky here, just very lean. Can people weigh and in help me out. I don't want to hurt myself here, its my first juice ever
