Women and t3 I'm extremely ignorant on this

The wife has seen me make some great fat loss with my current cut with Tren/test/t3/clen and has started looking up stuff about t3

She does take birth control. Just looking for some insight. I have a lot of personal experience with it but know zero about woemn's hormones, etc.

Any guys with girls that have experience or possibly girls who have personally used it?
Thanks!

Is she specifically looking for fast loss or does she just want overall weight loss even if it means losing muscle mass?

Weight loss

If she doesn't care about keeping the muscle on her, she can run T3 by itself. Seems like a shame to lose it though unless she is a competitive marathon runner or something of the sort. She would be better off dieting and doing weight training/cardio to lose fat IMHO. Or run some AAS along with the T3.

She doesn't train with weights just cardio. She's 36 130 pounds 5-11. I think she looks fine but she has put on about 4 pounds a year for the last 3 years so she's just studying the numbers on the scale. Not much muscle for her to lose. She does take birth control and I wanted to make sure that wouldn't affect her hormonily.

Also what is a good dosage for a 130 pound woman?

Has she had blood work to check her thyroid, TT, Estradiol, etc.? If not run some labs and see what is going on. Maybe her thyroid is slowing down or her TT levels are dropping. She isn't getting any younger. :-)

This and diet for sure.

Weight training! I promise that the best thing my wife ever did was realize that cardio is NOT how to build a better physique. It's less boring, provides goals, and gives noticeable results that are far superior to cardio alone.

I've yet to meet a gal that looks AMAZING that only does cardio. You'll obviously have to encourage and teach her what she's missing, but there is ZERO risk of her getting big and blocky like many women fear. I've seen far too many that diet down and hit the stairmaster every day - to only put back on the weight they lost twice as fast.

I second the suggestion for a hormone panel too. Women can get low T just like men. ;)

My .02c :)

I send this pic to my wife every once in a while to keep her motivated. It works!

Thanks for the comments mega and half. Trust me you don't have to sell me on the weights. I've been back at it die hard for 4 years now and my training/diet/physique has got her feeling a little insecure. I'm dropping pants sizes and having to buy bigger jackets while her waist size and scale numbers are going up. She's just not very interested when it comes to the iron.

Taking a "magic pill" (T3) is not that long term answer for her. You know this. Help her out. Print this thread for her and let her read it. Have her set up an account on here and start reading/posting.

Just to add to this; look up fitness models and NPC competitors on Instagram. I think #girlsthatlift is a common hash tag they use. She's not interested because she likely doesn't know. ;)

Fact: Even BIKINI competitors weight train. If she doesn't think they have inspirational physiques, then it's going to be a tough sell.

I knew what the right answer was (get her into eating better and weights) but she's not very interested. I'm going to keep working on her and maybe that will change.
