so since my hand is going to be whatever for the time being, cause i was an idiot... thinking of different things to do, so i can still do the same work outs.
figured out a way to butterfly work out, and pullovers with the dumbbells, have my hand still wrapped up. just wrapped it tighter. an then attached a strap to the weight. still the same work out, just modified a little. still very effective. busted out a 60lb dumbbell for the pull over. no issues with the arm or hand. busted out the 50's to do the butterfly's, no pain either. just cause im set back a little. doesnt mean im going to stop.
