working on cutting diet

Here is my diet that i'm going to try to start on monday (it's my first serious diet so please don't bash me if i messed up somewhere.)

I'm 5'8" 180 lbs

Meal#1= 3 egg whites, bacon flavored grits ( 54g protein, 27g carbs, 342 cals.)

go to gym

Meal #2=pwo shake (720 cals, 120g carbs, 60g pro.)

Meal #3= lean steak and veggies (green peas) ( 357 cals, 12g fat, 17g carbs, 45g pro.)

Meal #4= protein shake w/ 2 tsp flax ( 240 cals, 14g fat, 28g pro.)

Meal #5= lean protein and veggies, brown rice (507 cals, 13g fat, 50g carbs, 49g pro.)

Meal #6= protein shake w/ 2tbs flax (240 cals, 14g fat, 28g pro.)

Totals: 2400 cals, 50g fat, 200g carbs, 275g protein (estimates)

Please let me know where it needs help.
 
in meal #1...is 3 egg whites a typo? youre not gonna get 54g pro outta that.

id switch meal 5 & 3 so the carbs are closer to PWO.

other than that looks fine
 
yeah i messed up on the egg part, could i up the eggs to about 6 or 7 egg whites that first meal and still be fine?
 
I wouldnt start eating "crazy clean" at first. Gives you something to build on to keep your body from getting used to the diet. When I cut I also start cutting down the carbs in the later weeks after my late meals. I dont eat many carbs from 4 hours till bedtime. works well for me at least.
