Working out to hard!!!

I got a question on when your on the gear is it bad to workout 3 times harder than you normal do? I seem to push myself way way harder when I am on the gear. Is that bad?

You can work out more intensely with greater weights and reps while on gear. Just be sure to get adequate rest in between workouts or you'll get overtrained and retard your growth. Try to limit your workouts per major muscle group to just once per week.
 
I agree! As long as your giving your self adiquit recovery time and your nutrition is where it needs to be! That being said your question is a little vague! If you mean your working out 6 or 7 days a week then NO this would be very bad! You will hit over trained and be counter productive!
 
I don't think you should work out harder on cycle. Your strength will go up so you should be lifting heavier which will produce growth on its own. You don't want to do too much volume to where you're not recovering from it.
