im on test e and i pin twice a week. i always pin my quad monday morning and walking around during the day helps disperse the oil and im not very sore. i pin my glutes thursday night which is after my leg workout. my glutes hurt alot more than my quads because im using that muscle all day where my glute is done and resting after i pin.
i plan on doing prop for my next cycle and i wil be pinning whatever muscle i will be working out that day right before i go workout. i think it helps alot with soreness.
