Workout routine

I am beginning a strict diet and workout routine that will last throughout a 3 month cycle. I am in an area that does not have a gym and all I have is my own freeweight system. I was curious as to what a good routine is and what areas of the body I should or should not work during the same session?? I was also wondering if it is beneficial to just focus on one area at a time or combined them?
 
First off, if you are starting a cycle, how much lifting/dieting experience do you have?? You really shouldn't start the juice until you have a year+ under your belt. That being said, I'd recommend the 5x5 listed on the forum, or a traditional pyramid setup. The best advice anyone can give you though is DO LEGS.
