Workout Schedule Question

Hey I`ve just got a general routine question here guys.

I`m wondering if I should be working the same muscle groups twice a week like I am?

My workout is

Monday: Chest, Shoulders,Tricep
Tuesday: Legs
Wednsday: Bicep,Back
Thursday: repeat Monday
Friday: repeat Wednsday
Sat: off
Sun: off

My biggest question is Thursday and Friday is that to much? Should I take a day off in between these two or is back back ok.

Some times I not might go but four days a week so on monday I may start with Bi`s instead of chest. I always start where I leave off but the above is a normal week for me. I do legs once week no matter what. I do cardio a few times a week so I figure thats enough. I`m seeing great gains but, I`m just trying to make sure I`m not over doing it on Thurs and FRI being back to back. Been doing this for awhile.
 
I personally find doing a muscle group two times a week can often be too much. If you find yourself not as strong on the second time through, you may want to consider switching it up. For example my current routine is:
Mon: Chest/tri
Tues: Legs
Wed: Back/bi
Thurs: No lifting just yoga
Fri- Shoulders
Sat/Sun Off

In the end it comes down to what works well for you.
 
Some guys can train body parts twice a week and feel fine, some can't. For example, i can train arms twice a week, and maybe Back. Chest, and legs though, I need a week to fully recover.

However, I DO think you need AT LEAST 2 full days of rest between body parts. To correct this, all you;d have to do is switch your Tues + Wed workouts to look like this :

Monday: Chest, Shoulders,Tricep
Tuesday: Back + Bis
Wednsday: Legs
Thursday: repeat Monday
Friday: repeat Tuesday
Sat: off
Sun: off
