would cla be too much?

my diet consists of complex carbs, protein, and good fats. most of my good fats are comsumed later in the day when i start dropping my carb intake by about 6 o clock. i drink 1 muscle milk shake a day, a ground chicken salad with olive oil and vinegar on top, and a scopp of almond butter before bed with a shake. my question is would taking cla pills in the morning be too much good fat? i know that cla is omega 6 as well as olive oil and the almond/peanut butter is omega 3 and i just wouldnt want to bother taking cla if it wouldnt do me any good. so if it would benefit me still, how many 1g pills should i take in the morning with my breakfast? my stats are 180lbs, 6 ft, about 6-7% body fat. thanks.
 
id still like to know specifically if cla should or shouldnt be added if i already have olive oil and almond butter in my diet
