I know there are some guys on here taking in 6000+ calories per day, and I think that's about where I need to be.
I have been doing it, but I think I have been relying too heavily on fats (olive oil, peanut butter) to get there. Last time I checked on fitday, approximately 2000 of my calories were fats.
I'm just curious what a typical day of eating looks like for some of the big guys here.
