Hi G, i went to leipzig yesterday, to make special session of lithotriptor. i feel more better.

the remede is more sore than the injury, but it's ok as far as i can move my arms now.

next Wednesday. i have to turn.
the doctoe plan 5 session so i have to totaly cured in marsh without surgery!
So it's a good new. in middle of febrary i can restart to train slowly, with a lot of stretch.
