wrap? or not to wrap? That is the question

hey guys

after changing my squatting from going to parrallel to my ass hitting the deck and making skid marks I was advised to wrap my kness

I have excellent tech, slow on neg and pause at the bottom of every rep no bouncing at all

I have never used wraps as i was taught that this restricts the naturall movement of knee????
 
Yeah recently I started wrapping my knees on my heaviest sets. It seems to help some. Good to protect your knees when you got 4-500 lbs on ur back.
 
i always used them for max efforts and sometimes heavy doubles and triples . there is no rule you have to crank them down super tight every set , for heavy triples and doubles i would wrap about 3/4 tightness just for a little bit of support.
