x Tracking Propblems?

My first x order I got the EMS (With tracking number, signature required, delivery time 10-12 days)

My order came in about 10 days but I never got a tracking number

But the order I have coming in now its been about 10 days and I again have no tracking number. Has anyone ever had this problem with them ?
