Hey people. Question. What is wrong with me? I am hungry like every 30 minutes all day long!!! I will wake up at all hrs when I'm sleeping with a roaring stomach. I am starving!!! I will eat say like a steak and potato or veggies...30 minutes later im starving! I just ate a macho combo burrito a 1 am and now I am hungry again. What is happening? Am I so hungry because maybe I have added more muscle mass and it is buring calories so rapidly??? I gained 10 lbs in like a month. I dont mind being hungry but I constantly need food!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! What is up with this?

well maybe your diet is lacking in fiber...when i eat whole wheat things and brown rice and wheat pasta, the fiber gives your stomach a sense of fullness....im sure your just not eating the right things.

Notice How Your Diet Is Lacking In Fiber Like He Said, You Are Eating Mostly Starches Not Fiberous Foods Get More Green Fiberous Vegetables

What's wrong with my diet guy with evanessence picture? I eat vegetables.

rookie is my diet really that bad? also...how much brocolli/vegetables should i eat in a day. remember im trying to gain.
thanks.

your diets not horrible...but definately room for improvement...how bout for the next three days you write everything you eat in here meal wise and the times you eat it...ok?

If you are working out with real intensity it is normal to be starving. As long as you eat healthy, you should be ok.

I do work out real intense. I am constantly hungry. I gain and lose weight fast though. Let me give you guys a days example of what I eat. I go to bed real late and I wake up late so breakfast is all screwed up. Oh and I can't eat eggs because I get sick. Here we go.

11:30 am-bowl of frosted mini wheats cereal
Whole Bagel with cream cheese

1 pm-Muscle milk protein shake

2 pm-12 oz. steak
1 potato or vegetables or sometimes french fries

4 pm-muscle milk protein shake

4:30 pm- 1 potato
(before work)
6:30 pm- 1 chicken breast...sometimes 1 1/2 chicken breast
Vegetables
sometimes oatmeal as well

8:30 pm-
1 chicken breast
vegetables

10 pm-Turkey sandwich or tuna
Cottage cheese

11:30 pm-workout

1 am-protein shake

1:45 am-can of tuna

sleep...

4 am...string cheese
5 am...string cheese
6 am...yogurt
and on and on and on...................................................................................................................
(I drink a little less than a gallon of water a day...
I also drink some sugary drinks
I sometimes eat sweets...like little pieces of chocolate or banana loaf cake...small stuff

when I shop I purchase...
Chicken breast tenderloins
Top blade steak-4 pack...12 oz. each
turkey breast from the deli
oatmeal
swiss cheese
wheat bread
reg. spagetti
prego sauce
bbq sauce
water
milk-2 percent
cottage cheese
yogurt
tuna
bags of frozen vegetables
1 bag of french fries a week
potatoes

(I buy this stuff every monday...sometimes I do not finish the tuna. I usually purchase 6 cans of tuna but I dont eat it that much. I am trying to get in lots of calories but I feel that the muscle milk provides most of the calories...

(on occasion I eat double cheeseburgers or chicken sandwiches from carls jr.)

How does all this look?
